A Facebook post by a 23 year-old man named Phuc Dat Bich (pronounced “Phoo Da Bic”) has gone mega-viral. The Australian, of Vietnamese descent, says his Facebook account has been shutdown several times by the social media site all because of his name. According to that “Bich” Facebook accuses him of having a “false and misleading” name. He even posted a photo of his passport that showed his full name. He wrote;
“I find it highly irritating the fact that nobody seems to believe me when I say that my full legal name is how you see it.”
Oh, you know what Bich, Phuc Dat –don’t let ’em get you down. At least your first name isn’t Phat. (T/Y Tad)
