Of course you’re going to see Jurassic World tonight, and while I’m sure you’re mainly there for Chris Pratt, I hear the dinosaurs are kind of amazing too. They weren’t always quite so impressive though, as evidenced by this supercut featuring dinosaurs in movies from the silent era through today. For instance, in the Oscar-nominated 1940 sci-fi classic One Million B.C., the special effects consisted of an alligator with a fin on its back and a pig in a triceratops suit. HA! Fabulous.
