Poor Tyra! So there she was, signing autographs at the Rainbow-Cactus Company in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago, when OUT OF THE BLUE a gentleman in line began heckling her. Tyra tried to diffuse the situation by talking to the man, but a security guard suddenly grabbed TYRA, slammed her into a glass window, and cuffed HER! Though she was eventually released, Tyra reports she suffered a cut to her head, a sprained shoulder, and bruises.
Well. We JUST got off the phone with her and although she says that even though she’s feeling much better, she’s still feeling the effects of the assault. “My arm has been in a sling since I was released from the hospital, and I’ve been on pain killers and muscle relaxers. I was really angry at the time, now I just want it all to end.”
According to TMZ:
On Monday, Tyra Sanchez went to police to file charges against the venue … only to discover there was a warrant out for HIS arrest. He says he turned himself in, posted bond, and was released. Tyra says he still plans to take legal action against the guard and the Rainbow-Cactus Company. We haven’t heard back from the venue.
